The room was stylish, but the traffic noise was annoying at night.

the location was pretty good, close to main sightseeings and the chocolate museum. the personnel are very polite and helpful, really made me feel welcome. the bed was comfy, which is always a plus. and even tho i didn't have breakfast, it did smell nice when i walked by. the room was clean enough and had a decent ambiance.

during my recent stay in cologne, allegro exceeded my expectations! the location was great, just a few steps from the chocolate museum, which was a highlight. everything felt clean and comfortable, making my trip enjoyable.

The hotel suffers from inadequate air conditioning, resulting in uncomfortably warm rooms!!! Noise from busy roads disrupts sleep quality, while small lifts create hassle, especially with luggage!!! Room decor feels dated in some areas, detracting from the overall experience!!!

Loved the incredible location right on the Rhine! Clean room with a comfy bed made my stay enjoyable. The helpful staff provided excellent dining options, even with some street noise at night.

wonderful staff but room decor needs updates

The staff were incredibly gracious, particularly Alli who made us feel at home. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impressive, as every corner sparkled. I absolutely loved making fresh orange juice from their hand-cranked juicer at breakfast. The view of the Rhine from my room truly enhanced my stay, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful scenery each morning.

Had a blast with my friends here! Super convenient for walking to the Rhine promenade and exploring shopping areas. The staff was awesome, helping us with local spots. Don't miss visiting Rheinau Harbour and Golfclub Wahn if you're looking for fun activities!

Loved the location! Super close to the chocolate museum, which was awesome. Staff were super friendly, helping us find parking right at the door. Had a bit of a coffee machine hiccup, but they took care of it quickly. The room was clean and comfy, just wished the view of the river was better during winter.
